Find a home to rent, and deal with the owner

Search only rentals

Choose Rent in the menu, or "Rent a Home" at the top of the search page, and the results are limited to listings offered for rent. You can then narrow them down:

• By city.
• By bedrooms - an exact number, or a minimum such as "3+".
• By property type, such as an apartment or a villa.
• By furnishing: the Furnished chip, or the furnishing control under More Filters.

Or describe it

The search box also reads a plain sentence. "2 BHK for rent in Dubai" becomes a rental search for two-bedroom homes in Dubai, and Nofi, the Nofeez assistant, can answer questions about the listing you are looking at.

What a rental listing tells you

Besides the rent, photos and location, a listing shows the rental details its owner filled in - such as the security deposit, the furnishing, the date the home is available from and the lease duration. What appears depends on what the owner entered, so check the listing and ask the owner about anything missing.

Rent directly from the owner

Brokers and agencies cannot publish listings on Nofeez, and Nofeez charges no commission or brokerage on rent listings. Sign in to message the owner with "Chat with Owner" and find their reply later in Messages.

Owners' phone numbers and email addresses are not shown on public listings. The direct owner listings page explains how contacting an owner works.

PG and co-living rooms

Paying-guest and co-living rooms are listed separately from flats and houses. The "PG & Co-living" tab on the search page opens PG search for the city you are searching in, and PG search has its own "Ask Nofi" box for requests such as "Girls PG with AC and laundry".
