Search in a sentence
The search box on the website reads a sentence and pulls out the parts it can filter on, so "3 BHK under AED 2M near metro" becomes a bedroom count, a price ceiling and a near-metro filter rather than a keyword match.
- Bedrooms, including a minimum such as "3+ BHK".
- A price ceiling or range, including amounts written as k, lakh, crore or million.
- Property type, and whether you want to buy, rent or book a short stay.
- A place named in the sentence, such as "in Dubai".
- Being near a metro station or a school.
Ask Nofi
Nofi is available from the Nofi button on the website, and the search page has its own Nofi panel. You do not need an account to ask it a question.
Ask it to find properties and it searches published listings by location, bedrooms, price and property type, shows the best matches as cards, and links to the full results. On the search page, what Nofi understood is applied to the filters, so you can adjust them by hand. You can also speak your question there if your browser supports voice input.
On a listing page, Nofi is given the listing you are viewing, so you can ask about that property directly.
Contacting a seller through Nofi
Each listing page has a contact button that opens Nofi. For a developer's new-build unit, Nofi answers from the listing, and a question it cannot answer is passed to the developer's sales team as an enquiry. This works without signing in.
For an owner's listing you need to sign in. Nofi asks a few pre-screening questions, then puts your offer to the owner. The owner can accept, counter or decline. When there is a gap, Nofi can propose a counter-offer within rules set from your budget, and nothing is sent to the owner without your approval. You can follow a negotiation's status on the website; responding to a counter-offer happens in the Nofeez app.
In the Nofeez app
The search bar in the Nofeez mobile app uses natural-language search. Besides bedrooms, budget and location, it understands studios, "2 or 3 BHK", budgets written in lakh, crore or million, a size in square feet, whether you want off-plan, for sale or for rent, and developer and project names. If you ask for a specific place, project, size or property type and nothing matches, it returns no results instead of showing listings from somewhere else.
Nofi elsewhere on Nofeez
PG and co-living search has its own "Ask Nofi" box for requests such as "Girls PG with AC and laundry, no lock-in", and it shows how it read your request before the results. In a premium Vastu report, signed-in users can ask Nofi to explain their score; it explains the computed result and does not change it.

Frequently asked questions
- What can I type into the Nofeez search box?
- A plain sentence. The search reads bedrooms (including "3+ BHK"), a price range, property type, buy, rent or short stay, a place such as "in Dubai", and "near metro" or "near a school", and applies them as filters.
- Do I need an account to use Nofi?
- No. Asking Nofi a question, and asking about a developer's new-build unit, work without signing in. Contacting the owner of a listing, making an offer and asking about a premium Vastu report need an account.
- Does Nofi negotiate for me?
- On an owner's listing, after pre-screening, Nofi puts your offer to the owner. If the owner counters, Nofi can propose a counter-offer within rules set from your budget, and nothing goes to the owner without your approval. The owner's contact details are only shared after you both agree, and only if they choose to share them.
- What happens if no listing matches my request?
- In the Nofeez app, a search that names a specific place, project, size or property type returns no results when nothing matches, rather than quietly showing listings from another city.
- Can Nofi help me find a PG or co-living room?
- Yes. The PG search page has an "Ask Nofi" box for requests such as a room type, a budget, an area and amenities, and it shows its reading of your request before the results.
