Listing your property
You can fill in a listing without an account and sign in when you are ready to submit. The form has eight steps: location, basic information, property details, photos and media, amenities, pricing and availability, documents and verification, and a final review. You can list a property for sale, for rent, as a short stay or as off-plan, and the fields adapt to the property's country.
Before you can submit, you upload proof that you own the property. By default your listing is reviewed by the Nofeez team before it goes live. The property verification page explains every check.
What is free and what costs money
Listing a property is free: publishing has no payment step, and Nofeez takes no commission or brokerage on sale or rent listings. A listing stays up for a set period - 30 days unless a plan sets a different duration - and then expires.
Paying is optional. Owners can buy a boost to make a listing more visible in search; boosts are paid for separately and only for your own listings. PG and co-living bookings work differently - see the PG pages for their terms.
How buyers and tenants reach the owner
Sign in to contact the owner of a listing. From the listing page you can:
- Message the owner with "Chat with Owner" and find their reply later in Messages.
- Use "Contact Seller", where Nofi asks a few pre-screening questions and then puts your offer to the owner. The owner can accept, counter or decline.
Your phone number stays private
Owners' phone numbers and email addresses are not shown on public listings, and phone, email and WhatsApp fields in a listing's details are left out of what the public sees. In a negotiation, contact details are exchanged only after both sides reach an agreement, and each side chooses whether to share theirs.
New projects from developers
Developers list new projects on Nofeez too. On a developer's unit, "Request More Information" opens Nofi, which answers from the listing and passes anything it cannot answer to the developer's sales team. You do not need an account for that.

- Is it free to list my property on Nofeez?
- Yes. Publishing a listing has no payment step, and Nofeez charges no commission or brokerage on sale or rent listings. Boosting a listing for more visibility is optional and paid.
- Can brokers or agents list on Nofeez?
- No. Accounts identified as brokers or agencies cannot publish listings, and listings that mention brokerage or agent commission are flagged for review.
- What do I need to list my property?
- An account and an ownership document for the property, such as a title deed or sale deed. Company owners also need proof that the representative is authorised. Your listing is reviewed before it goes live, and the full ownership check also needs an approved identity verification.
- How do I contact an owner?
- Sign in, open the listing, and either message the owner with "Chat with Owner" or use "Contact Seller", where Nofi pre-screens you and puts your offer to the owner.
- Will my phone number be shown on my listing?
- No. Owners' phone numbers and email addresses are not included on public listings. They are shared in a negotiation only after both sides agree, and only if each side chooses to share them.
- How long does a listing stay up?
- For a set period - 30 days unless a plan sets a different duration - after which it expires.
